Cap Vista is the strategic investment arm and fully-owned subsidiary of Defence Science and Technology Agency, a statutory board under Singapore’s Ministry of Defence.

We seek out aspiring entrepreneurs creating deep tech companies with potential dual-use applications for defence and security. We work together with our defence partners and the start-up ecosystem to nurture and grow these companies.
